Effective as of {{ticket_delivery_date}}, {{t_workspace_name}} ("Transferor") hereby transfers to {{c_first_name}} {{c_last_name}} ("Transferee") all right, title, and interest worldwide in and to the deliverables provided under Project {{ticket_title}} / {{ticket_id}} ("Work"), including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

This transfer includes without limitation:

The exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Work
The right to prepare derivative works based upon the Work
The right to use the Work for any commercial or non-commercial purpose
All existing and future rights in all media now known or later developed

Transferor warrants that it owns all rights in the Work and has the authority to transfer such rights.

This transfer is irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free.
